I have been fly fishing for over 35 years, primarily on lakes.  During that time, I have owner and fished out of all manner of watercraft from inflatable float tubes and pontoon boats to flat bottomed jon boats and full-size v-hull boats.  Without a doubt my Marlon SP12 and SP14 Jon boats are the best small water boats I have ever fished out of. 

I not only use my Marlon Jon boats for my personal fishing but also in my on-the-water stillwater schools and guiding.  My customers and students are always amazed at the build quality and characteristics illustrated by the Marlon brand.  Many of my friends, students and guests have go on to purchase their own Marlon Jon boat after spending time on the water with me in my boats.

In short, I can’t recommend Marlon Jon boats enough.  If you purchase one for your own stillwater adventures you won’t be disappointed.
