When selecting a sled deck, safety should be a top priority. At Marlon, safety is always at the forefront of our product development process. We wanted to point out a couple things that we have done with safety in mind that makes us different.
We all enjoy seeing the snow accumulate on our decks after a day of riding, but it can also create slippery and potentially hazardous conditions. That's why our decking is constructed entirely from aluminum, and we've equipped all our sled decks with Superglides. These Superglides not only allow ski carbides to glide smoothly across the surface but also provide ample traction for you when loading, unloading, or securing your machine. While some competitors opt for a smooth finish decking for aesthetics, we’ve decided to prioritize safety above all.
Additionally, we've incorporated Superglides on our ramps to ensure safe footing when accessing or exiting the deck. Many users rely on ramps for this purpose, so we've added traction to the ramp rungs for added safety.
Incorporated into our load bar is our patented rear light bar. This makes sure you are seen on the roads when heading to and from the mount. This light provides running lights, brake lights, turn signals and a reverse light. It also looks pretty cool!
Our load bar features a patented rear light bar, enhancing visibility on the road during transit. This light bar includes running lights, brake lights, turn signals, and a reverse light, contributing to what we call the Marlon way.
Furthermore, we include lights in the headache racks of all our sled decks. These lights illuminate early morning load-ups and late evening returns after a day of riding. Positioned above the falling snow, our lights remain unaffected, unlike those installed low by some competitors, that ended up fully covered after a snowfall.
Recognizing that sled decks serve various purposes beyond snowmobiling, we've integrated the Supertrack tie-down system into our side extrusion. This provides ample tie-down points to secure your load safely.
Finally, our ramp hooks feature a safety latch to ensure that the ramps stay securely hooked to the load bar when needed. This prevents the ramps from disengaging during loading while remaining easy to flip back for removal.
At Marlon, we're committed to prioritizing smart innovations and safety and secure features without compromising functionality or convenience. #ThisIsTheMarlonWay
