At Marlon Recreational Products, we are proud to announce the acquisition of DK2 and its sub-brand, SnowBear, effective January 2025. As part of the acquisition, both DK2 and SnowBear have been rebranded as DK2 by Marlon and SnowBear by Marlon, respectively. This strategic move marks a major milestone in Marlon’s continued growth and evolution in the North American powersports and recreational markets. This acquisition does not include other brands previously owned by the private equity firm that owned DK2, such as WoodMaxx and others. Only DK2 and SnowBear have become part of the Marlon family.
Two additional distribution centers in Toledo, Ohio and Burlington, Ontario now complement our existing locations in Alberta, British Columbia, Winnipeg, Washington, and California, significantly strengthening our operational and logistical capabilities across North America.
